Nalanda University, in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, is organizing an International Seminar/Youth Conference titled “India on the World Stage: Soft Power, Policy & Youth Diplomacy” from 26–28 March 2026 at its campus in Rajgir, Bihar.

The event aims to convene young scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and youth leaders below 35 years of age from across the world for substantive dialogue on contemporary global engagement. Key themes include youth diplomacy; cultural and educational diplomacy; climate advocacy; humanitarian engagement; heritage and civilizational dialogue; peacebuilding; and multilingual public diplomacy.

The seminar seeks to foster exchange of ideas, strengthen international youth networks, and highlight India’s evolving role in global affairs through soft power and policy initiatives.

Séminaire International intitulé « L’Inde sur la Scène Mondiale : Soft Power, Politiques Publiques et Diplomatie de la Jeunesse » organisé par l’Université de Nalanda

L’Université de Nalanda, en collaboration avec le Ministère de la Jeunesse et des Sports du Gouvernement de l’Inde, organise un Séminaire International / Conférence de la Jeunesse intitulé « L’Inde sur la Scène mondiale : Soft Power, Politiques Publiques et Diplomatie de la Jeunesse », du 26 au 28 mars 2026, sur son campus de Rajgir, dans l’État du Bihar.

Cet événement vise à réunir de jeunes chercheurs, praticiens, décideurs publics et leaders de jeunesse, âgés de moins de 35 ans, venus du monde entier, en vue d’un dialogue approfondi sur les enjeux contemporains de l’engagement international. Les principales thématiques abordées porteront notamment sur : la diplomatie de la jeunesse ; la diplomatie culturelle et éducative ; le plaidoyer climatique ; l’action humanitaire ; le patrimoine et le dialogue civilisationnel ; la consolidation de la paix ; ainsi que la diplomatie publique multilingue.

Le séminaire entend favoriser les échanges d’idées, renforcer les réseaux internationaux de jeunes et mettre en lumière le rôle croissant de l’Inde dans les affaires mondiales à travers son soft power et ses initiatives en matière de politiques publiques.
